In the musical Hamilton, the room where it happens is the private place where real decisions are brokered and made and the public does not know what is sacrificed or gained in that room.   As long as there is a room where it happens, there will be people vying for a place at that table at any cost.  Our covenant guide us in creating a sacred space for all at the table in the room where it happens – where we can be open, honest, vulnerable, and real with one another, debate and learn from one another, and make decisions on how to care for the community by experiencing community.
