In keeping with this month’s theme of paying attention, we will explore what draws our attention.  Can we broaden our ability to see more than what we are looking for?  This skill is so important in a climate where we are told what to expect and told what we will see that it is possible to miss the VERY important things.  Can you see what is hidden in plain sight?  Our careers come with prescribed roles.  Who in your sphere of influence carries the role to watch everything and see what other’s miss?
