Hibernation:  The Task of the Soul in Winter

Winter invites us to slow down and stay warm somewhere cozy – to hunker down with those we love or find time alone for reflective self-discovery.  After the holidays, the dreary gray days of January can feel slow and lethargic.  This often feels like depression and is discouraging. We will explore the winter months as a time for slowing down so our souls can nurture the embers within that will ignite our passions and growth in Spring.
