Laughter Yoga is not your typical yoga class. There are no mats, no poses, and no need for
flexibility. It’s a playful blend of intentional laughter, deep breathing, and gentle movement that melts away tension, boosts mood, and helps you reconnect with what matters most: joy. This simple, evidence-based practice reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and creates genuine connection, even among strangers. It’s for every body and every age, no experience required.

Led by Hendricks County resident and 20-year laughter yoga leader Kris Ratekin, this
session invites you to rediscover how good it feels to breathe, smile, and belong.

What to Bring:
 Yoga Mat or Blanket/Beach Towel
 Hand towel (you *will* sweat!)
 Water Bottle
 Willingness to Get Silly!
