The Comm. on Ministry is at the center of the relationships between the congregation, board, and minister. Their chief task is “to promote effective ministry in the congregation and to assist the congregation in understanding and evaluating the nature and scope of the work of the minister.” Feel free to contact them with questions or comments on ministry at UUCC. Expect to see an evaluation of our minister, created by Comm. on Ministry, this fall.
